We started school on Tuesday and were already singing the blues after 3 days! Pitiful, I know. So, Eve tempted Adam and with Adam's complete support, we headed off to Ocean City on Friday morning! We managed to keep it secret from the kids until we woke them up, wearing
swimsuits, and told them to put
theirs on! They figured it out only after they saw the van packed with
Boogie Boards and beach chairs. We stayed the night, and had two beautiful days of sun and sand!

Dylan caught this one! He rode one in that shook his whole body before throwing him off...very funny to see!

spontaneous plans that make you feel so young at heart!?!?

Shawn built this "house on the sand." (Reminded me of the
children's song.) It lasted until high tide. He said it was a model of our home when we retire. Hope he's a wise man then and builds it on "the rock!"
Dylan was finally, old enough, & tall enough to ride some of the Go-carts at
Baha Race Track. He could not beat daddy, but he drove very well!

Shawn had the rare option of either playing volley ball with some guys, or this. He's starting to show his age!
