Heading off to the Wilds!

Noelle & Ashley went to the Wilds Christian Camp this week in Brevard, N. C. We're praying for you, and miss you dearly!

They're due back on Saturday night! Can't wait to hear all the testimonies, and stories! (If it was like last year, we're looking forward to a sleepless night!)

Happy Fathers Day!

Happy Father's Day Shawn! Our family went out Saturday night to see a ball game -the Baltimore Orioles vs. the Arizona Diamondbacks!

We had the most perfect weather! We couldn't ask for better!

We were a little early & watched the field get prepared and the players warm up.

The player lineup! Go O's!!

Wished I could remember who this was!?!? O'well, it was still fun!

We each received a promotional Chic-fil-a cow that says, "eat chikin, luv Orioles."

Shawn hoped to catch a ball! I was afraid he'd go over the rail if one came close enough!

O's mascot, the Orioles Bird. Silly, Silly! In the end the final score was Orioles 4, D'backs 8 (with the last 3 points in the 9th inning!)

Welcome Home Cousin!

My cousin, Simon, brought his new wife, Kara, home for a visit this week. They are living in California now. Their plan is to spend a year in Japan teaching English, before joining the Peace Core. Simon is the middle "Breen" who used to live here.

We took them to the Annapolis Docks for some ice cream, sight seeing, a walk around the piers & over the Eastport Bridge.

Oh, yeah... We went into a "shop" on Main Street too! We always enjoy them! Sorry, we didn't have more time for Guesstures!

Ephesians 3:14-19

"For this reason I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, from whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man, that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height - to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, for ever and ever. Amen."
